Dear Friends, today I would like to share with you an event that has been taking place in Barrea for ten years and that encompasses a love for sport, for nature but above all an expression of solidarity. Sunday 7 July will be held the "Non-competitive 6-hour marathon of Lake Barrea" organized by ADMO Abruzzo in collaboration with the municipalities of Barrea, Villetta Barrea and Civitella Alfedena. The aim of the event is to promote the culture of bone marrow donation as a tool for the treatment of forms of cancer. Participation in the event involves the payment of a small contribution that will then be donated to the Association ADMO Region Abruzzo onlus. We participate in many, it is a beautiful opportunity to unite people, nature and the territory and, above all, a beautiful moment of solidarity.
